1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and hy777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hy777 website at hy777.ws and all associated gaming services, products and features (collectively, the "Services"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the hy777 Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the hy777 Services immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically so that you are always aware of the current version.

2. Eligibility

Access to the hy777 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hy777 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may set a lower age threshold for gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are the registered holder of any bKash, Nagad or Rocket account used to deposit or withdraw funds on hy777.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of hy777 or any company within the hy777 group, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been identified as a problem gambler by any recognised body and you are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from any gambling platform.

hy777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of hy777 Services, you must create a personal account. You agree that when registering for an account:

• You will provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• You will maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current. hy777 is not responsible for errors arising from outdated account information provided by you.
• You will select a strong, unique password for your account and you will not share your login credentials with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will register only one account. Creating multiple accounts for yourself — or creating accounts on behalf of other individuals — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
• You will notify hy777 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

hy777 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and selected bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 for bKash and Nagad transactions and ৳100 for Rocket transactions. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. hy777 will not process deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved in writing by hy777 customer support. hy777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes from the moment of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. hy777 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
• hy777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees independently of hy777. Such third-party fees are outside hy777's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• hy777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or cancel any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

All amounts on hy777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hy777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All game results, bonus calculations, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hy777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is published:

• Bonuses are credited to your hy777 account balance automatically upon qualifying. Where a minimum deposit is required to trigger a bonus, the bonus will only be credited after the qualifying deposit has been successfully processed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements at hy777 are 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash (except where explicitly stated), and cannot be moved to another account. Players may not assign, pledge or otherwise transfer any bonus entitlement to a third party.
• hy777 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account but before the wagering requirement has been met, any winnings generated from the use of that bonus will be void.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is still active will result in the existing bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered by hy777 are governed by the following general rules. Specific rules for individual games (including cricket betting, live casino, Andar Bahar, Rummy and slot games) are available within each game's interface on the platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. hy777 does not permit the cancellation of a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where a technical error on the part of hy777 has caused an incorrect odds or payout to be displayed at the time of bet placement.
• hy777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are fair, random and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of bets placed or the identity of the player.
• In the event of a disconnection or loss of internet connectivity during a live game session, bets already placed and confirmed prior to the disconnection will be settled according to the applicable game outcome. hy777 cannot be held liable for data charges, connection fees or other costs incurred by you in connection with accessing the Services.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and betting markets. Where applicable, the maximum payout per bet or per session is displayed within the game interface. hy777 reserves the right to cap winnings at the displayed maximum regardless of the theoretical payout generated by the game engine.
• hy777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is found, upon investigation, to have been placed or participated in as part of a fraudulent scheme, collusion, or exploitation of a software error or loophole ("bonus abuse").

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hy777 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the hy777 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to open an account in circumstances where that person is ineligible to hold an account under these Terms.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials — including bKash, Nagad or Rocket accounts not registered in your own name — to fund your hy777 account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including sharing card information in live table games or coordinating wagers to guarantee a risk-free outcome across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, error or vulnerability in the hy777 platform to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to placing bets at incorrect odds caused by a display error.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law, including using the hy777 platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

hy777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, hy777 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Where the player is found to have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Where the player is found to have engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Where the player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as notified by hy777, or where the documents provided fail to meet hy777's verification standards.
• Where a player requests voluntary self-exclusion under hy777's Responsible Gaming programme, or where hy777 is required to exclude a player under applicable law or a regulatory direction.

Upon permanent closure of an account, any genuine, verified funds remaining in the account balance (net of any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. hy777 is not obliged to return funds where the account closure is a direct result of Prohibited Conduct.

9. Responsible Gaming

hy777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit caps on their account. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — players may activate notifications that alert them after a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Temporary time-out — players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, the account cannot be used to place bets, deposit funds or claim bonuses.
• Self-exclusion — players may request permanent self-exclusion from hy777 at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the hy777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, images, text, audio, video, trademarks, logos, trade names and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of hy777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence or right is granted to you in respect of any such content except the limited right to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the hy777 platform or its content without the prior written consent of hy777. Unauthorised use of any hy777 intellectual property may constitute a civil and criminal offence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hy777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.

In no event shall hy777's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount you deposited into your hy777 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy

hy777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at hy777.ws/privacy-policy. By registering for an account and using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

hy777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hy777 will publish the revised Terms on the hy777 website with the updated effective date. Where practicable, hy777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the hy777 Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, hy777 and the Player shall first attempt to resolve the dispute by good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Disputes relating to individual bet settlements must be submitted to hy777 customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
